BETONEX ECO

BETONEX ECO

Release and protection agent for use in civil engineering applications, precast- and ready-mixed concrete plants

Description

BETONEX ECO is a release and protection agent based on vegetable and ester oils for construction machinery and equipment. The product is also used as release agent for concrete.

Fields of application

BETONEX ECO prevents mortar and concrete from caking on construction machinery, mixer lorries, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel and large-area formwork as well as metal parts of all kinds.

Method of application

Clean machinery and equipment with water. Then apply BETONEX ECO with a brush or a suitable oil-resistant spraying device (with Unijet nozzle TP 800067) to the parts to be treated. This causes a thin protective film to form on the parts which prevents concrete from caking, thus making the day’s work easier. As a protecting preparation it should be applied before the first and after every successive operation. Consumption: approx. 25 – 35 m²/l.

BETONEX ECO may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents – the delivered concentration is ready for use!

Since BETONEX ECO is based on vegetable and ester oil, it can be processed not below 0 °C.

Note

  • storage temperature not below 0 °C
  • the storage period should not exceed 1 year
  • store barrels on their sides
  • reseal packaging after removal

Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet!

The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.

Store cleaning rags wetted with BETONEX ECO in a closed and approved container.
