GLEITMO SFL 9070

gleitmo SFL 9070 is a water-based and air-drying solid film lubricant with an organic binder. The lubricating effect is achieved by a combination of special fluoropolymers featuring high lubrication and non-stick properties along with an excellent “anti-squeaking” effect.

For dry coating of various material combinations especially of plastics, rubbers, and leather.
Allows smooth running, protects against wear, and prevents squeaking noise caused by stick slip of plastic combinations in a car’s interior.
gleitmo SFL 9070 is also suitable for the lubrication of screws/bolts, nuts, pins, sleeves and elastomer seals to obtain defined assembly results.

gleitmo SFL 9070 can be processed using compressed air or airless spraying systems. In case of partial coatings gleitmo SFL 9070 can be applied using an absorbent material (e.g. sponge) or a brush.
Immersion or immersion centrifugation is appropriate for larger quantities of small parts. Sliding surfaces to be coated must be carefully degreased and dried prior to the application.
