White lubricant for hot-forming
Description
HYKOGEEN 821 is containing white solid lubricants in a mineral oil based fluid. These solids are very effective in a wide temperature range and have a good influence on the forming process in all stages.
HYKOGEEN 821 does not contain any graphite.
Fields of application
HYKOGEEN 821 can be used for:
- drop forging
- hot extrusion
- hot-rolling
- hot-bending.
Method of application
Apply HYKOGEEN 821 to the dies or tools by spraying or by brush.
HYKOGEEN 821 is not miscible with water and is used undiluted.
