Description
HYKOGEEN 87/3 is a lubricant and release agent for dies and tools used in metalworking processes.
HYKOGEEN 87/3 contains graphite in mineral oil, as well as special additives. This creates a stable suspension which has excellent film-forming properties.
Fields of application
HYKOGEEN 87/3 is mainly used to lubricate the dies used for hot stamping brass.
Method of application
HYKOGEEN 87/3 is ready to use.
It can be applied manually or via automatic spraying techniques. The best way of achieving an even coverage is to use a spray gun with an adjustable nozzle and to adjust the ratio of air to liquid.
