LUBRODAL BN

LUBRODAL BN is a dispersion of white solid lubricants in water. The product does not contain any heavy metals, halogens or mineral oils.

LUBRODAL BN is suitable as a high temperature lubricant for transformations of non-ferrous metals (e.g. titanium) and their alloys and as a release coating agent for isothermal forging operations up to 1 000 °C.

LUBRODAL BN is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before application. It can be applied via suitable spray systems by immersion or brushing onto the slightly warmed parts. After complete evaporation of the water the parts can be heated up to their working temperature in the oven and afterwards be added to the transformation process.
The mixture is to be stirred continuously in order to avoid settling out of solids.

1 : 1 → Density: 1,06 g/cm³
1 : 2 → Density: 1,02 g/cm³
1 : 3 → Density: 1,01 g/cm³
