Description
LUBRODAL F 24 W contains finely ground graphite in a water based emulsion which contains oil.
LUBRODAL F 24 W is a homogenous, low-sediment, concentrated lubricant which can be diluted with tap water to any strength required.
LUBRODAL F 24 W was specifically developed for warm steel forging operations. However, it can also be used for other metal working procedures.
Fields of application
LUBRODAL F 24 W is particularly suitable for highlycomplex forging operations involving mid-range and high temperatures, e.g. for lubricating dies during warm and hot forging operations or for lubrication during semi-hot forging.
In addition to its lubricating and release properties, LUBRODAL F 24 W also acts as a tool coolant. This is due to its water content.
LUBRODAL F 24 W may be used in any situation where traditional graphite and water dispersions have reached the limit of their effectiveness.
LUBRODAL F 24 W is an effective and economical alternative to the traditional graphite and oil suspensions used in semi-hot forging procedures.
Method of application
LUBRODAL F 24 W is a die lubricant which must be thinned with water before use. The optimum proportions of water to lubricant depend on the application, and must be tried out on site in each particular case.
