LUBRODAL F 25 AL

LUBRODAL F 25 AL is a stable emulsion concentrate which is diluted with water and used as a die lubricant for the warm forming of aluminium and related metal alloys.
LUBRODAL F 25 AL contains active substances of high thermal stability. With excellent creep characteristics a thin stable layer is quickly produced on the warm die surface.
LUBRODAL F 25 AL does not leave residues on dies, therefore the forged parts are clean, bright and can be after treated with good results.

LUBRODAL F 25 AL is supplied as concentrate and must be diluted before the use with water.
The mixing proportion is determined by:
- shape and weight of the forgings as well as their degree of difficulty to produce
- cycle time
- cooling effect
- in general, dilutions between 1:3 and 1:10 can be achieved

LUBRODAL F 25 AL can be sprayed as finished mix with hand spray guns, stationary and automatic spraying devices.
A prerequisite is a strong and even spraying jet, whereby the throughput of the nozzle and the air liquid relation is adjustable.
In regular intervals (1x per week) and particularly with long operating shutdowns the spraying systems should be flushed with water.
