LUBRODAL F 70M-40LV

LUBRODAL F 70 M-40 LV is a water miscible graphite dispersion with good parting- and lubricating properties for the warm forging of steel. It forms a dry and well adhesive film on the hot surfaces. Special additives and a large percentage of graphites of highest purity and fineness enable a spontaneous forming of layers, even at higher temperatures.
LUBRODAL F 70 M-40 LV, based on a particular preparation of the graphite-dispersion, is a stable, flowable concentrate, simply soluble in water.

LUBRODAL F 70 M-40 LV is a graphite-containing, liquid parting agent for the manufacture of pipes, e.g. for coating of mandrel rods, balling.

LUBRODAL F 70 M-40 LV is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before application. It can be diluted at any ratio. Application should occur via suitable spraying systems.

Standard values for the dilution of
LUBRODAL F 70 M40 LV with water, application by:
Lubrication of mandrel rods: 1 : 0,5 – 2
Calibration : 1 : 4 – 7
The optimal ratio of dilution has to be determined in practice.
