Description
LUBRODAL SR 300 is a waterbased graphitefree coating fort the pretreatment of steel billetes.
Fields of application
LUBRODAL SR 300 is used in hot and warm forging of steel, in particular when heat treatment is causing scale.
In addition to his the scale reduction LUBRODAL SR 300 has also the property of good release and it suports the forming.
LUBRODAL SR 300 is supplied ready for use. Advantageous will be application by spraying, but dipping, flooding or brushing is also possible.
Surfaces had to be free of oil and grease before treatment.
Note
Cleaning has to be done with water.
