LUBRODAL ST 500 V

LUBRODAL ST 500 V is a water miscible graphite free high-temperature lubricant with excellent releasing efficiency in hot forming of steel.
LUBRODAL ST 500 V has been especially developed for hotrolling processes in seamless tube production.
LUBRODAL ST 500 V is a more economic and cleaner alternative than used graphited products.
LUBRODAL ST 500 V is supplied as a concentrate which must be diluted with water before use.

LUBRODAL ST 500 V can be easily mixed with water, usually in ratios between 1:1 and 1:3.
It is recommended to apply diluted product by spraying, flooding or dipping.
LUBRODAL ST 500 V reduces scale and has an anti-corrosive effect.
LUBRODAL ST 500 V is pigment-free and therefore most suitable for circulating lubrication.
The optimum proportions of lubricant to water should be determined in test runs.
