LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT

LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT is a waterbased paste containing graphite preventing oxidation and scale during heating process (500 – 700 °C) and improving forming results.

LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT is specially designed for precoating smaller steel parts in warmforming and brass billets in hotforming (max. weight 500 g).

LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT is applied mechanically with suitable rotating drums. Pulverizing equipment in form of beads (steel, ceramics) simplify the application.
Precoating is done during batch process. Billets treated with LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT are unlimitedly storable.

Standard value:
1 kg LUBRODAL TROMMELGRAPHIT is sufficient for precoating 500 billets (app. 250 kg total weight). The optimal ratio of graphitization is to be determined via operational tests.
Opened containers should be properly resealed to prevent the evaporation of water.
