Description
NOMYNOL BLUE 1 is a hot-thread compound, which does not contain sulphur, chlorine compounds and substances reacting with metallic surfaces. The synthetic base oil starts evaporating at temperatures above 160°C without leaving residues. The remaining solid lubricants then build up a powdery, lubricating separating layer.
Fields of application
NOMYNOL BLUE 1 is made as a separating agent for threaded connections in a wide temperature range. NOMYNOL BLUE 1 meets the requirements of SIEMENS KWU (TLV 9600 02/02) for pasty assembly lubricants for not medium-wetted surfaces.
Method of application
NOMYNOL BLUE 1 is applied in a thin and uniform layer to the metal surface using a brush or lint-free cloth.
