BETONEX SI

BETONEX SI prevents the adhesion of mortar and concrete on construction machinery, mixer trucks, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel- and large-area shuttering as well as all kinds of metal parts.

Clean machinery and equipment with water. Next BETONEX SI is applied to the parts to be treated using a brush or suitable, oil-resistant spraying equipment (with SS 800067 teejet nozzle). In this way a thin, protective film is formed on the parts, which prevents caking of concrete incrustations and simplifies everyday work. As a preserving agent it should be applied before the first use of the equipment and following each subsequent usage thereafter. Consumption: approx. 30-50 m²/l. BETONEX SI should not be diluted with water, oil or solvent - it is ready to use!

• Storage temperature not below -5 °C.
• The duration of storage should not exceed 1 year.
• Store barrels horizontally.
• Re-seal container after use.
