Description
HYKOGEEN 438 is a silver-black high temperature die lubricant with good releasing effects.
The product is a well balanced choice of solid and pasty ingredients to provide an excellent spreading on hot metal surfaces, leaving a very thin, homogeneous, well adherent skin of high temperature resistant graphite.
Fields of application
HYKOGEEN 438 is a well-known release agent to be applied on difficult spots of moulds used for pressure die casting of aluminium to avoid “sticking”.
Method of application
HYKOGEEN 438 is designed to be used sparingly by brush in its ready for use form on the hot metal spot to be lubricated.
