Fields of application
LUBRODAL SR 900 is used in hot metal forming
(>1.000 °C) of steel, where surface decarburisation and scale could occur.
LUBRODAL SR 900 is additional a good release agent and prevents sticking of the hot steel parts.
Method of application
LUBRODAL SR 900 is supplied ready for use. Advantageous it will be applied by a fine spraymist. Application by swabbing or brushing is also possible.
Note
Time of surface drying depends on surrounding conditions and could be about 30 minutes.
