LUBRODAL F 33 AL

LUBRODAL F 33 AL is a hydrocolloid graphite dispersion free of mineral oil which has an excellent lubrication and release effect in forging aluminium alloys. LUBRODAL F 33 AL is based on a careful preparation of chemically pure graphites and emulgated fatty acid esters.
LUBRODAL F 33 AL is supplied as a concentrate and should be diluted with water prior to use.

LUBRODAL F 33 AL can be diluted with water in any ratio.
LUBRODAL F 33 AL is exclusively designed for spraying. It is necessary to produce a fine mist-spray with a possibility to regulate the air-fluid flow.
LUBRODAL F 33 AL to achieve an effective, even coverage, use a spray with an adjustable nozzle and adjust the air-liquid ratio.

The normal proportions for diluting LUBRODAL F 33 AL with water are:
hot extrusion : 1 : 5 – 10
forging thin-walled parts : 1 : 10 – 25
simple operations : 1 : 15 – 30

The finished mixture must be kept circulating by means of a stirring device or a circulation pump in order to prevent it from precipitating.
Dilutions which have been created should be used immediately.
It is recommended that the spraying system be cleaned at regular intervals (once a week) by flushing with water, including the filters, valves, pipes and nozzles.
