BETONEX GRÜN

BETONEX GRÜN is a cleaning and protecting agent based on vegetable oil for construction machinery and equipment.

BETONEX GRÜN prevents mortar and concrete from caking on construction machinery, mixer lorries, concrete pumps, mixers, silos, steel and large-area formwork as well as metal parts of all kinds.

Clean machinery and equipment with water. Then apply BETONEX GRÜN with a brush or a suitable oil-resistant spraying device (with Tee jet nozzle TP 11002) to the parts to be treated. This causes a thin protective film to form on the parts which prevents concrete from caking, thus making the day’s work easier. As a protecting preparation it should be applied before the first and after every successive operation. Consumption: approx. 15 – 25 m²/l. BETONEX GRÜN may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents – the delivered concentration is ready for use! Since BETONEX GRÜN is based on vegetable oil, it can be processed not below +5 °C.

• the storage period should not exceed 1 year
• store barrels on their sides
• reseal packaging after removal

The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.

Store cleaning rags wetted with BETONEX GRÜN in a closed and approved container.
