PISTON POWDER W1 is a high-performance, granulate-shaped piston lubricant for pressure die casting machinery.
PISTON POWDER W1 combines ability to withstand high strain and effective lubrication which is state of the art.

PISTON POWDER W1 is primarily used to lubricate pistons in cold chamber machinery for pressure casting aluminium and magnesium.

PISTON POWDER W1 should be injected into the filling chamber in controlled amounts with each shot. This can be done most effectively with a BKR-KOLBEN-STAR dosage injector.
